Top Grade Collective offers pre-orders on selected upcoming products. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms.
Product Availability
Pre-order products are subject to allocation and supplier availability. While we work closely with our distributors, allocations may change without notice and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.
Release Dates
Published release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change. Delays are outside the control of Top Grade Collective.
If a release date changes, your order will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will generally be shipped once all items are available.
If you require available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Additional shipping charges may apply if multiple shipments are requested.
Allocation Shortfalls
If we receive fewer products than allocated, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
If we cannot fulfil your order due to supplier allocation, you will be offered either:
- a full refund; or
- store credit.
Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may only be cancelled with our approval.
Where a cancellation is approved for reasons other than supplier allocation or product unavailability, any payment processing fees or non-recoverable costs incurred by Top Grade Collective may be deducted from the refund.
Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may change packaging, promotional items or product contents without notice. These changes do not entitle customers to a refund.
